Three easy steps to get started

Step 1: Create your Company account

Just create an account for yourself and register your Company.


All you need is a Company name and a website URL.


Step 2: Add a Project or Process

Add some Projects or Processes. eg.

  • 'Website Redesign 2013' could be an IT project
  • 'Recruiting' could be a process for HR department
Anything in your company which you would like to associate Subject Matter Experts with, fits right in.

Step 3: Add Subject Matter Experts

Start adding employees as Subject Matter Experts to the projects/processes you have created. eg.

  • You can add "Chris" as "web designer" for Website re-design 2013 project.
  • Jennifer in HR could be an SME for the "Recruiting" process.
